I am a dedicated and responsible REALTOR. I entered the real estate field in 1975 and have a previous banking/mortgage background. I opened my first office in 1976 in Winter Park, Florida. Through the years I have listed and sold 1000’s of homes and commercial properties. I founded and later sold: 3 mortgage companies, 4 real estate operations with multiple office locations, 2 title companies, one national relocation company, an insurance agency, a new home construction company and The Guaranteed Purchase Program, Inc..
